Prepare Your Printed Photos
This is the hardest part! Before our first meeting, use my guide to create a list of your photo inventory, collect all your physical photo sources in one place, and begin mapping out a family timeline. I am here to hold your hand.
Photo Consolidation & Collection
In-person, we'll consolidate your photos. I'll place them in weather-proof boxes and bring them to my home. This meeting generally takes 2-3 hours.
Scanning & Digitizing Your Photos
I will organize your photos for you, with check-ins and updates periodically. Most projects take 4-8 weeks.
Receive Your Organized Photo Collection
Once your project is complete, I will deliver all photos, drives, etc., back to you. A consolidated photo collection, freshly curated and digitized, is ready for you to enjoy.

This is a project that is usually not a priority and is often put on the back burner unless there is a major life event that triggers the project.
It is often overwhelming and time-consuming to sort through our photos on our own. We can easily get distracted going down memory lane, then before we know it hours have passed and we’ve made minimal progress.
A professional photo organizer can help create a system that works for you and will save you time and stress in the long run. Additionally, they can help to preserve your photos and ensure that they are stored in a way that will protect them for years to come.
I never delete photos. For digital organizing, I place your photos in an ‘outtakes’ folder for you to review and have the option of deleting yourself. For physical photo organizing, I place the outtakes in a designated box, again for you to review and decide to discard if you so please.
Yes! I offer monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance plans based on your needs.
Every photo organizing project is different. The overall cost is dependent on number of photos, number of sources, your goals, and level of organization desired. Expect to invest $1,000+ for most projects, knowing that it will be done efficiently, safely, with care, and only needs to happen once. Request a quote.
